Introduction
The purpose of this course is to provide the participant, in a practical way, with the concepts, definitions, techniques and tools for managing projects for the transformation and acceleration of the business. This program includes the nine knowledge areas established by the Project Management Institute (PMI) These areas of knowledge are: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Resources, Quality, Communication, Risk, Purchases & Contracts and Stakeholders.
We integrate Agile principles, values and mentality for effective management of incremental, adaptive, and hybrid projects (traditional and agile).
Goals
- Provide techniques and tools for project management (GP).
- Show the impact of the GP on strategic planning, and success in effective business management, introducing the Agile mindset
- Apply GP techniques and tools in personal, corporate, ministerial or personal projects.
- Share the lessons learned from the facilitator in their experience in global corporations, government institutions, and ministerial projects.
